Annual Period Maintenance

Version 3a Update the Fiscal Year

• Go to GU
• Select option 16 (GL Control File)
  
• Change your yearly fields
  • Beginning Fiscal Period
    - enter in your first period of the new year
  • Ending Fiscal Period
    - enter in the ending fiscal period
  • Current Fiscal Period
    - enter in the current fiscal period
  • Current Period Activity
    - change these each to a '0' for no activity
  • Future Period Activity
    - field exit through everything here
