Unable to change a delivery ticket to an invoice (F6 doesn't work to final screen)

Problem

• Can't F6 a delivery ticket to change it to an invoice
  

Solution

• Find the problem on the screen. Something is missing or not setup correctly.
• The cursor will blink at the point where there is a problem
• Please note that many times the problem is on a previous page of the ticket. If your ticket is more than one page please page up to see where it is.
  

Reason this occurred

• This problem most often occurs if someone Field Exits through the unit of measure (UM) field then keys in their own UM. The UM is defined in IU 4 in the 'unit of inventory' field.
