Please note the following

Conversion Charges

• Standard data conversion charges are $2500/location.
• Most locations cost less depending on the requirements of your specific data conversion and the additional information required.

Expect to have cleanup!!!!!

No data conversion is 100% problem free.

Because field formats change between unlike system there will be cleanup.

Most common cleanup entails vendor and customer files.

• Name lookups are often different between systems.
  • You may need to add or take commas away from account addresses.
  • See the last name lookup page to determine how to change your setup.
• Address fields can often overlap or require attention.
  • This is not a problem of either the old or new system. Nor is it a problem with the data conversion.
  • Address overlapping is a simple difference between unlike systems.

IBS Converts the following data on request

• A/R Balances
• Master Customer File
• Master Vendor File
• Inventory
• Ticket history

IBS Does not convert unless specifically requested any of the following information

While conversion on this information can be done it may become expensive due to labor intensity.

Please request a price quote before planning for this additional conversion to be made

• A/P History
• G/L History
• Payroll History
