High and Low Quality Forms

Key differences between high and low forms

To identify the difference between high and low quality statements & invoices, count the number of tear points per inch at the bottom of each invoices.

More tear points is better. This makes pulling the invoices apart easier!

  • High Quality Form

    6-8 tear positions per inch or more
    Fewer number of paper jams
    Fewer problems off a tearing off single invoice
    Normally can be torn off the printer without mishap

  • Low Quality Form

    4-6 tear positions per inch or fewer
    More Paper Jams
    More problems tearing off a single invoice from the printer
    Often pulls paper out-of-alignment
    Often requires 2 hands to remove an invoice
