Fire Depart responds to forklift-car crash

• Oregon - Canby Fire responded to a car that collided with a forklift this evening at approximately 7:15 PM in front of Pearson's Art Gallery, which is located at 20890 S. Highway 99E, between Oregon City and Canby. The Driver of the SUV and the Forklift operator where both significantly injured, and transported to area Trauma Centers. The SUV driver self extricated himself from his vehicle before emergency responders arrived. The driver of the forklift was also free of the forklift when Canby Fire arrived, it's uncertain if he was ejected from the forklift.
