fix this problem)

- Missing physical file

- Error upon exiting to command line
- to correct you must create physical file CCSTA

- Correct this problem by doing the following:
- delete the physical file ccivmst then
- recreate the logical file

Data stored in the cycle count file
- HST UPDATE SKU# LOCATION CATEGORY LIN# DESCRIPTION
