Sales Screen Takes Forever to Exit

Symptoms

• Screen won't page up or down. It jerks or moves when I go field to field

Cause

• Your keyboard scroll lock is on.

Resolution

• Press the keyboard scroll lock key. The scroll lock light should then be off.
• If the scroll lock light won't go off sign off then reboot the workstation.
