Duplicate sku numbers found

Problem

• The system won't transfer an invoice from house-hasson because it gives the error message duplicate sku numbers found

Answer

• Delete the file on your PC then have them upload the correct file again.

Verification

• You can verify there are duplicates by opening the file folder on your c:\
• pick out the duplicate skus
• see if the sku is in the file more than once.

Final Resolution

• once the file duplicates had been identified House-hasson was notified to resend the file.
• The file then downloaded without duplicates.

File rjpinp in library ibs400f not found during file transfer

Problem

• Communications with Emery-waterhouse were not successful with the error message appearing during inventory transfer 'File rjpinp in library ibs400f not found'

Cause

• File rjpinp was deleted

Resolution

• A copy of the file was found using
  wrkf *all/rjpinp
• A duplicate copy was then made of this object using
  crtdupobj loc02/rjpinp ibs400f/rjpinp
• The program was tested afterwards and transferred successfully

Additional Notes

Dial-up transfers go as follows

• Procomm communicates with Emery-Waterhouse via an external zoom modem

• The data is then pulled down to the PC

• The ATF (Bosanova) function then transfers the data to the AS400

• The data is then updated via IU 19-20 (Electronic Receiving)
