  operational.
  Cause . . . . . : One or more units within disk unit subsystems with device
  parity protection are still not fully operational due to errors. To
  determine which units are not fully operational, use the Work with Disk
  Status (WRKDSKSTS) command and press F11 to display the storage usage
  information. For more detailed information, do the following:
  1. Type the Start System Service Tools (STRSST) command and press the
  Enter key.
  2. Select the option to Work with disk units and press the Enter key.
  3. Select the option to Display disk configuration and press the Enter
  key.
  4. Select the option to Display device parity status and press the Enter
  key.
  Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in this message queue
  to determine the failure on the device parity protected units. Perform the
  recommended recovery procedures.
