If returning a terminal dont forget to keep your old terminal base and
keyboard! Only return those parts which you receive. Use the same box to return
the Damaged / Defective parts
Contact IBS for setup instructions on your replacement terminal.
If old terminal or keyboard is not shipped within 7 days you will be invoiced
for the price of a new one.
Warning: excessive damage to terminals or keyboards will result in charges.
Do not ship RMA parts to IBS Lumber Software Inc. If you do so you will be billed for
our shipping & handling charges
