How to change the Ship To Address

for PO's, Sales & Quotes

What will this will do to your system?

• This option immediately changes all PO, Quote and Invoice ship to addresses.

Changing the Settings

• Go to MU (Management Update)
• Select option 2 (Master Configuration)

• Press F3 (No Update) 6 times until the screen says Page 4 in the upper right side

• Type in 01 (or your current location) and press ENTER.

• Update the address in the PO Entry field then Press ENTER to complete changes.
• Press F9 to go to page 5
• Press F7 to EXIT configuration
• Go into a sales/quotes or purchasing screen to verify changes
