Not showing any detail on the cash drawer report

Problem

• The cash drawer report doesn't show any detail at all

Cause

• The cash drawer is not setup correctly in either the user or workstation profile.

Resolution

• Check the user settings
  • go to MU
  • select option 4
  • verify that the cash drawer is correct and the attached workstation is set to 'W1'
    
  • change if necessary
• Check the workstation settings
  • go to MU
  • select option 2
  • F3 six times to Page 4
  • F9 once to Page 5
  • look towards the bottom of the page for cash drawer number information
    
  • change if necessary
