How to Inactivate a Quote

1. Go into QU (Quotes Update)
   
2. Take Option 1 (Create/Edit Quote)
   
3. Type in your security code
   
4. Press F4 Edit
   
5. Type in the Quote Number
   
   (If you don't know the number go to QI (Quotes Inquiry) and do a lookup
   
6. Press ENTER
   
7. Change the status field to I (Inactive) and press ENTER
   
8. Press ENTER and F6 (Update) to finish and accept the new quote.
