MP 3 - Correct Cost on Ticket

*NOTES

  • This option is the same as ZU 19, 4 (Correct cost on tickets)
  • If you have already closed the day the ticket was created (i.e. run a daily invoice register for that date), you can only correct cost errors by doing a credit memo with the wrong cost and a charge with the right cost.

  • Costs can only be corrected on tickets that have NOT been processed through an invoice register.
  • If you have closed the day (i.e. run an invoice register) you can only correct cost errors by doing a credit memo with the wrong cost and a charge with the right cost.
