Help my past due report is 100+ pages

Reported Problem

• Past due report prints too many pages

Cause

• Selected options in RR #2 are incorrect

Resolution

• Change default print selections to the following:

Step by step

• Go to RR (Receivables Reports)
• Select option 2 (Past due report)
  
• Change summary option to 'N'
• Change print only past due to 'Y'
• Press enter to process. The report will then generate and go to the default output queue (Printer)
