RU 17 - Terms Codes

Quick Add for terms

• go to RU 17
• press F6 (update)
• enter location (usually '01') and terms code (one that doesn't already exist)
• enter in the fields then press ENTER to update
• go to RU 3 and update the terms code on the 3rd screen of your customer

RU 3 (Screen 3) - Setting up the customer for a specific terms code

• Go to RU 3
• Do a 'c' for change then Select your customer
• Go to the 3rd setup page
• Enter in your new terms code (01-99)
