DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE18773 :

Using the DST option to reset the QSECOFR password causes
a
failure during IPL. The reference code data contains:

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE18773 :

The IPL program calling QSYCHGSP will be changed
to correct the problem.
