GR 16 - System Control File

*NOTE: if you do not use standard or recurring journal entries this report will be blank.

What this report does

• This report prints a listing of every pending standard journal entry keyed into your general ledger.

How to select the report

1. From the main applications menu Go to GR (General Ledger Reports)
2. Select option 9 (Standard Journal Entries)
3. Enter the company which you want to print (normally '01'). The report will generate and be sent to your default printer.
