How the numbers flow into the reports

Report Location What it reports
Invoice Register MP 5 All sales transactions that have been processed through the pre-invoice margin report
All receivables transactions that have been process for the selected date
All inventory receipts, adjustments and changes
Monthly Invoice Register MP 20, 5 All invoice registers that have been run since the last monthly invoice register
Trial Balance Report GR 2 and GR 4 Data is reported on closed periods (GU 14, 2)
Data is reported on whatever information has been posted into the general ledger.
Periods must be closed for complete information.
Financial Statements GR 4 Data is reported on closed periods (GU 14, 2)
Data is reported per financial format member (GU 21, 6 or GU 15, 3)
Accounts not in the financial format member are not included (GU 21, 6 or GU 15,3).
Income statement GR 4 Closed periods (GU 14, 2)
Data is reported per financial format member (GU 21, 6 or GU 15, 3)
G/L Detail Listing GR 12 Data is reported per account transaction
General Ledger GU 1 C - Current history related to General Ledger
H - History of General Ledger
B - Budget of General Ledger
