GR 17 - Unposted Transaction Report

What this report does

• This report prints a listing of transactions that have not been posted into your general ledger.

Types of G/L postings

• Unposted (U) = not posted to any account in your general ledger. These transactions are waiting in GU 1.

• Posted (A) = Posted to the general ledger but the period has not yet been closed.

• Closed (H) = Posted to the general ledger and the period has been properly closed.

How to select the report

1. From the main applications menu Go to GR (General Ledger Reports)
2. Select option 17 (Unposted transaction report)
3. The report will go to your default printer. See examples below.
