Problem

• Printer won't release

Resolution from a Menu

• Go to menu ZU 20, 17 (Change writer option)
• key in the printer number then press ENTER
• try to release the spool output again

Resolution from a Command line

• go to a command line
• type 'chgwtr' then press F4
  
• change the following fields
  Writer . . . . . . . . . . . . . key in the printer number
  Message option . . . . . . . . *infomsg
  When to change writer . . . . . *fileend
• press ENTER to finish
